Who processes the payment, and is it secure?
All payments are processed securely and confidentially using PayPal.

Who will deliver the print?
For all shipping, we use Australia post.
Where do you deliver to?
The thomaswilliams online store will only accept orders to be shipped within Australia.
However if you are located outside Australia and would like to purchase a print, please email studio@thomaswilliams.com.au with your address and “Buy now” link will sent to you with a revised shipping cost.
How long will it take for my print to arrive?
Generally between 5-7 working days, however sometimes a little quicker.
What happens if my print does not arrive?
If your print does not arrive after 7-10 working days please contact studio@thomaswilliams.com.au
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
Each print is packaged carefully inside a protective poster tube. If in the unlikely event the poster is damaged by the post, please email studio@thomaswilliams.com.au to arrange exchange of the poster. Please note in this case, you will receive the next consecutively available print as only a run of twelve prints is made. If you have a print number 12 and it is damaged, you will be offered an exchange for another months print. Postage for returning the print is at the buyers cost.
Do you offer refunds?
No. So please choose carefully.
